Software development, from first idea to production and beyond.

We design, build and maintain software for businesses: from internal tools and integrations to complete web platforms. These are the areas we work in most, with examples of the projects we take on.

Custom software development

Software designed around the way your business works. We build business applications and internal tools that replace spreadsheets, copy-paste and workarounds with one dependable system, and we keep developing them as your organisation grows.

Scattered spreadsheets, email threads and manual steps consolidated into one internal tool Before Spreadsheet Email threads Manual steps After Internal toolroles & permissionsone workflowaudit trailexports
Fig. 02  Many tools → one tool.

Examples of what we do

  • Business applications with roles and permissions
  • Internal tools, dashboards and admin panels
  • Replacing spreadsheet- or email-driven processes
  • Modernising and extending existing .NET applications
  • Maintenance and new features for software already in use
  • Data models that make future changes straightforward

Backend systems, APIs & integrations

The systems that connect everything. We design and build APIs, services and integrations that move data between your platforms reliably, and keep doing so when one of those systems is slow or unavailable.

Sequence diagram: a client posts an order to an API, the API validates it and calls an external system. After a timeout, the API retries safely with the same idempotency key, which is designed to prevent the order from being created twice, and returns a created response Client API System POST /orders validate create order timeout retry safely 200 OK 201 Created

Examples of what we do

  • REST and GraphQL API design and implementation
  • Integrations between ecommerce, accounting, logistics and SaaS tools
  • Webhooks, background jobs and scheduled synchronisation
  • Authentication, validation, safe retries and idempotency
  • Error handling, logging and monitoring you can rely on
  • Clear API documentation for your team and partners

Web applications

Web applications that load quickly, are easy to use and remain straightforward to maintain. From a focused tool for one team to a complete customer-facing SaaS platform, built for production and developed further after launch.

Examples of what we do

  • Complete SaaS platforms, from first release to continued feature development
  • Customer portals and self-service tools
  • Responsive, accessible interfaces
  • Authentication, accounts and subscriptions
  • Performance and usability improvements to existing web apps
  • Long-term maintenance and new features

Ecommerce & Shopify solutions

We build and run our own Shopify app, StockByLocation, so we know the platform's APIs, extensions, billing and app review requirements from experience. We bring that knowledge to your store, integration or app.

Examples of what we do

  • Custom and public Shopify apps
  • Theme app extensions and app blocks
  • Admin API (GraphQL) integrations and webhooks
  • Syncing products, inventory or orders with other systems
  • App billing and compliance webhooks
  • Advice on app scope, architecture and Shopify requirements

Automation & AI integrations

Less repetitive work, without losing control. We automate steps that follow clear rules and add AI where it adds real value, such as extracting, classifying or summarising information, with review steps wherever mistakes would matter.

Automation pipeline: a trigger passes through rules and, for unclear cases, an AI model and a human review step before an action is taken and logged Triggernew document Rulesknown cases Modelextract, classify Reviewhuman in the loop Actionupdate system Logevery decision unclear clear case

Examples of what we do

  • Workflow automation between tools you already use
  • Document and data extraction pipelines
  • LLM-powered features inside existing applications
  • Validation, logging and fallbacks around model output
  • Scheduled jobs and event-driven processing
  • Advice on where AI helps, and where simple rules work better

Deployment, hosting & technical engineering

Software only delivers value once it's running. We set up deployment, hosting, monitoring and maintenance routines that keep your application online, secure and easy to update. The setup is chosen to fit your project, team and budget.

One example of a deployment setup: an application in a container, behind a web server with TLS, on a Linux server or cloud platform, fed by a CI/CD pipeline and supported by logs and backups. The actual setup is chosen per project. Examples of what we do

  • Hosting on a VPS or a cloud platform such as Azure
  • Container-based deployments
  • Web servers, TLS certificates and domains
  • CI/CD pipelines for repeatable releases
  • Monitoring, logging, backups and update routines
  • Architecture reviews and second opinions

→ Working together

How a project usually runs. Clear steps, no unnecessary overhead.

  1. 01

    A conversation

You tell us about your goals and challenges, and we ask the questions needed to understand them. No obligation.

  2. 02

    Scope & estimate

A written proposal covering what we'll build, in which order, the assumptions involved and a realistic estimate.

  3. 03

    Build in small steps

Working software early and often, so you can review real progress and adjust priorities along the way.

  4. 04

    Launch, maintain and improve

We handle deployment, documentation and handover. We can also continue developing new features, maintaining the application and supporting its growth.

? Fit

Is Teske Software a good fit? A quick guide.

Usually a good fit

  • Custom web applications and business software, from first release to long-term development
  • Backend systems, APIs and integrations between your platforms
  • Modernising, extending or maintaining an existing application
  • Shopify apps and store integrations
  • Automation and AI features within existing workflows
  • Technical advice or a second opinion on an existing system

Probably not the right fit

  • Projects that need a large team from day one
  • Purely visual brand or marketing design work
  • Round-the-clock, on-call operations support
